My name is Anna, and I am so glad you are exploring counseling and what it can do for you. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a proud graduate of Jacksonville State University where I received both my Bachelor's and my Master's degrees in counseling. I have been in the field for over a decade working in both public and private practices. I am deeply passionate about my work as a counselor, helping clients achieve the quality of life they desire and deserve. I pride myself on being transparent, honest, and empathetic, ensuring my clients always feel safe in our counseling environment. My goal is to be present for my clients, guiding them toward the changes they seek, and I am committed to meeting their needs to the best of my ability.

        I have extensive experience in areas such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, severe mental illness, issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, domestic violence, substance use, body image, parenting challenges, chronic health issues, life, personality disorders, and relationship conflicts.

        I approach each client as an individual, showing genuine care and concern while helping them feel comfortable in the vulnerable space of our sessions I strive to meet each person where they are, with respect and empathy, and I look forward to working together!
